【摘要】 目的分析在乳腺癌筛查中应用乳腺超声检查与钼靶X线检查联合的临床价值。方法收集该所及大厂医院2008年1月—2014年12月期间诊治的390例可疑早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者术前一周均行乳腺超声检查、钼靶X线检查以及两种方式联合检查,其中有130例手术病理证实为乳腺癌,另外260例为良性病变,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,总结诊断结果。结果联合检查的敏感性为85.l%,特异性为83.3%,准确性为84.6%,阳性预测值为93.0%,假阳性率为16.7%,阴性预测值为68.2%,假阴性率为14,9%,均明显优于单纯乳腺超声与钼靶X线检查(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌早期诊断中应用超声检查与钼靶X线检查联合检查的方式可获得较高的敏感性、准确性和特异性,该方式可作为乳腺癌的筛查手段,具有非常重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical value of breast ultrasonography combined with x-ray mammography in the screening of breast cancer. Methods 390 cases of patients with suspected early breast cancer treated in Dachang Hospital and our hospital from January 2008 to December 2014 were selected as the research object. All patients underwent breast ultrasonography, x-ray mammography, and breast ultrasonography combined with x-ray mammography one week before operation, 130 of which were confirmed pathologically with breast cancer, and 260 of which with benign lesions. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed and diagnosis results were summarized. Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, false positive rate, negative predictive value, false negative rate 85.l%, 83.3%, 84.6%, 93.0%, 16.7%, 68.2%, 14,9% of the combined examination were significantly superior to those of single breast ultrasonography and single x-ray mammography(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonography combined with x-ray mammography in the screening of breast cancer has higher sensitivity, accuracy and specificity, therefore it can be used as a screening tool, which has important clinical value.更多还原
