【摘要】 目的采用综合性护理干预改善腹腔镜子宫全切的不良心理,促进术后康复。方法将随机选取该院2013年8月—2014年4月行腹腔镜子宫全切的100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合性护理,比较两组的负性情绪以及术后康复情况。结果观察组护理后的负性心理评分均低于对照组,观察组术后肩痛、切口疼痛评分均比对照组低,术后症状(肠鸣音、排气、排便)改善和住院时间时间均少于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预是一种全面、人性化的护理模式,能有缓解腹腔镜子宫全切患者的不良心理,促进患者术后康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the negative psychology and promoting the postoperative recovery in patients with total laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 100 cases underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from August 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were given conventional nursing, and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing.And the negative emotion and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower negative psychology scores, lower postoperative shoulder pain and incision pain scores, earlier improvement in postoperative symptoms(recovery of bowel sound, anal exhaust, defecation), shorter length of stay and lower incidence of complications, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with total laparoscopic hysterectomy, comprehensive nursing intervention is a comprehensive and humanistic nursing model, which can alleviate the negative psychology, and promote the postoperative recovery.更多还原
