【摘要】 目的对急性脑梗塞进行临床观察,并探究溶栓治疗的效果。方法随机选取2012年3月—2013年3月该院收治的急性脑梗塞患者80例,随机分成两组,每组40例,对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组进行溶栓治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为82.5%,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组。结论对急性脑梗塞患者进行溶栓治疗效果较好,能够提高治疗总有效率,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. Those in the control group were treated with conventional medicine, and the others in the the observation group underwent thrombolytic therapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group, 92.5%, was significantly higher then that of the control group, 82.5%. Conclusion The clinical effect of thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction is good, which can improve the overall efficiency of the treatment and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
