【摘要】 目的探讨联合多种血液净化的方式在治疗急性砷化氢中毒中的应用效果,并进行分析,以供参考。方法整群选取2012年5月—2014年6月该院收治的急性砷化氢中毒患者,共61例作为研究对象。并对其随机分为两组,一组为对照组,一组为观察组。对照组采用常规治疗法进行临床救治,观察组采用多种血液净化方式联合的方法进行临床救治。在所有患者经过1个月的治疗之后,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及其住院天数,并进行分析。结果观察组总有效治愈率为100.00%,而对照组为86.67%,因此,观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,且患者的住院天数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多种血液净化方式联合的治疗方法在治疗急性砷化氢中毒患者中,有其肯定的应用价值。可以有效提高患者的临床治疗效率,缩短患者的住院时长,值得在临床医学中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of combined application of various blood purification in the treatment of acute arsine poisoning for reference.Methods A total of 61 with acute arsine poisoning admitted in our hospital from May 2012 and June2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while those in the control group were treated with combined application of various blood purification.After one month of treatment,clinical outcomes and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Observed total effective cure rate was 100.00%,while the control group was 86.67%,therefore,the clinical treatment of patients in the observation group than the control group,and the number of days hospitalized patients was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Various blood purification therapy in the treatment of joint in patients with acute arsine poisoning,has its definite value.It can effectively improve the efficiency of the clinical treatment of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay of patients,so it should be promoted in clinical medicine.更多还原
