【摘要】 目的探究疤痕子宫再次妊娠采取阴道分娩的可行性。方法选取该院于2013年8月—2014年5月间收治的疤痕子宫再次妊娠产妇100例,随机分成对照组50例和观察组50例,对照组采取剖宫产,观察组采取阴道分娩,对比两组产妇最终妊娠结局。结果对照组50例产妇中皆能成功分娩,观察组50例产妇中,成功实施阴道分娩的有35例,成功率为70%,两组产妇皆无出现子宫破裂情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组产妇分娩的时间与母婴存活率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生产出血量与住院的时间对比,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇产后并发症的发生率对照组明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疤痕子宫后实施阴道分娩具有一定的可行性,但是必须根据产妇的具体情况来选择合理有效的分娩方式,从而降低术后并发症发生率与分娩损伤情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective Explore the feasibility of uterine scar again take pregnancy vaginal delivery. Methods: Our hospital between August 2013 to May 2014 were treated again uterine scar pregnancy maternal 100 cases, 50 cases were randomly divided into a control group and a study group of 50 patients in the control group to take cesarean section, the observation group taking vaginal delivery comparing two groups of mothers final outcome of pregnancy.
