【Abstract】 Set in the special governance of freeloading carrying out vigorously in Hebei Province,this essay analyzed the reasons of following problems caused by administrative management,records management,human consciousness and social demands and raised some methods of combining the university’s own characteristics,enhancing communication,improving institutional system,making use of modern technology,and changing the idea of archive awareness by pointing out the problems in four aspects of file system in management of personnel archives in colleges and universities,regulation,function and management methods.更多还原
