【摘要】 目的对乳腺多发性良性肿瘤进行乳晕旁弧形单切口治疗,探讨其临床效果及安全性。方法收集近3年以乳晕旁弧形单切口治疗乳腺多发性良性肿瘤患者196例,并以120例肿瘤表面切口切除术患者为对照,比较两组术中出血量和住院时间并进行随访。结果两组患者手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组出血量和住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者随访瘢痕发生率41.84%、乳晕乳头感觉障碍发生率6.12%、患者满意度85.71%,均与对照组差异显著(均P<0.05)。结论乳晕旁切口治疗乳腺多发性良性肿瘤科疗效显著,可提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the clinical effect and safety of incision beside the areola as a technology for treating multiple occurrence of benign breast tumor. Method 196 cases of single incision right beside the areola arc conducted over the past three years were chosen as the experimental group,and 120 patients of tumor resection by surface incision were taken as the control group. Intraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay of both groups were then compared and follow-up for both groups was also conducted. Findings No statistically significant difference in operation time between the two groups was found( P > 0. 05). The amount of blood loss and length of hospital stay as observed in the experimental group were both less than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Follow-up found 41. 84% cases of scar incidence in the experimental group and 6. 12% cases of nipple areola sensory disorder,and patient satisfaction rate was 85. 71%,while those in the control group were 59. 17%,10. 00% and 61. 67% respectively.The differences between the two groups has statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Incision beside the areola as a technology for treating multiple occurrence of benign breast tumor has desirable clinical effect. It can improve the patients’ satisfaction.更多还原
