【摘要】 目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗高血压患者疗效观察及对肾功能和炎症因子水平的影响。方法60例高血压患者随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上结合半夏白术天麻汤。两组均治疗8周。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血压、心率治疗后较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组血压和心率治疗后显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)治疗后较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组CRP、IL-6治疗后显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)治疗后较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);治疗组SCr、BUN治疗后显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应。结论半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗高血压患者疗效显著,可明显降低患者炎症因子水平,从而改善患者炎症反应,还可改善患者肾功能,且无明显不良反应,临床应用安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with Western medicine in treatment of hypertension and its effect on renal function and levels of inflammatory factors. Methods 60 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,each 30 cases. The control group was treated with western medicine,the treatment group was treated with Banxiabaizhutianma decoction on the basis of western medicine,two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05); blood pressure,heart rate of both groups significantly reduced( P < 0.05); blood pressure and heart rate of treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05); creactive protein( CRP) and interleukin 6( IL- 6) of both groups significantly reduced( P < 0. 05); CRP,IL- 6 of treatment group were significantly lower than control group after treatment( P < 0. 05); serum creatinine( SCr),urea nitrogen( BUN) of both groups significantly reduced( P< 0. 05); SCr,BUN of treatment group were significantly lower than control group( P < 0. 05); there were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment in both groups. Conclusion The effect of Banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of hypertension is distinct,can obviously lower patients’ inflammatory factor levels,improve patients’ inflammatory reaction and renal function with no obvious adverse reaction,is safe and reliable in clinical application.更多还原
