【摘要】 目的观察急性胰腺炎患者应用自拟胰腺消炎汤联合西药治疗的临床疗效及不良反应,为临床诊断治疗提供一定的参考价值。方法 78例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合服用自拟胰腺腺炎汤治疗。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组腹痛缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组首次排便时间和治疗时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应。结论自拟胰腺消炎汤联合西药治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of pancreatitis in patients with acute inflammation of the pancreas Self soup combined western medicine clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,to provide a reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods78 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group treated with western medicine,treatment group used Yixianxiaoyan decoction based on the control group.
