【摘要】 目的观察金龙胶囊对晚期原发性肝癌患者硫氧还蛋白还原酶(TR)水平的影响并评估其对晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法 40例晚期原发性肝癌患者随机分为两组。对照组给予最佳支持治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服金龙胶囊,1个月后评价患者的血TR水平、客观疗效及KPS评分。结果治疗后,治疗组临床受益率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗组患者TR水平下降(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组相比,KPS评分水平上升(P<0.05)。结论金龙胶囊对晚期原发性肝癌患者具有较好的治疗作用,能降低患者TR水平,提高患者生活质量,对不能耐受各种损伤性治疗的患者有较肯定的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Jinlong capsule on the expression of thioredoxin reductase( TR) and to assess its clinical curative effect in patients with advanced primary liver cancer. Methods Forty patients with advanced primary liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups,including the control group and the treatment group. best supportive care( BSC) were applied in both groups,meanwhile,the Jinlong capsule was taken orally in the treatment group. After treating for a month,the levels of TR and KPS and the clinical curative effect were analyzed. Results After treatment,the CBR of treatment group was higher than control group( P < 0. 05); the level of TR was decreased while the KPS was increased. Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed statistical significant difference in TR and KPS( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jinlong capsule has good therapeutic effect in patients with advanced primary liver cancer,it can decrease the level of TR and improve the quality of life. It’s an effective drug for the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer.更多还原
