【摘要】 目的观察麻藤定喘微型灌肠剂对哮喘婴幼儿血清Ig E、EOS及IL-4、IFN-γ的调节水平,探讨其机理。方法 120例哮喘婴幼儿随机分为两组,治疗组给予定喘微型灌肠剂,对照组给予美普清口服,观察治疗后两组症状及体征消失时间,血Ig E、EOS及IL-4、IFN-γ的变化。结果两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组咳嗽及肺部哮鸣音消失时间与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组在调节Ig E、EOS及IL-4、IFN-γ方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻藤定喘微型灌肠剂可通过调节患儿血中Ig E、EOS及IL-4、IFN-γ水平,减轻哮喘患儿的病理变化从而控制哮喘的发作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the adjustments of serum Ig E,EOS,IL- 4 and IFN- γ levels on asthma infant treatmenting by Matengdingchuan microenema,investigate its mechanism. Methods 120 cases were divided into two groups. The treatment group treated with Matengdingchuan microenema and the control group used Meptin. The symptoms and signs disappeared time were monitored and the blood Ig E,EOS,IL- 4 and IFN- γ levels were investigated. Results The clinical effect showed no significant difference between two groups( P > 0. 05); the symptoms and signs disappeared time between two groups showed significantly different( P < 0. 05); the blood serum Ig E,EOS,IL- 4 and IFN- γ levels in treatment group were better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Matengdingchuan microenema may regulate blood Ig E,EOS and IL- 4,IFN- γ levels,reduce pathological changes in children with asthma to control asthma attacks.更多还原
