【摘要】 目的观察益胃方对胃粘膜的保护作用。方法 (1)采用大鼠盐酸-乙醇急性胃粘膜损伤模型观察益胃方对胃粘膜损伤指数的影响,并测定胃粘膜丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)含量。(2)建立大鼠脱氧胆酸钠-乙醇慢性胃炎模型,测定胃粘膜氨基己糖(HEX)水平,一氧化氮(NO)含量,并作组织病理学检查。结果 (1)益胃方可抑制盐酸-乙醇引起的急性胃粘膜损伤,降低其胃粘膜MDA含量,增加胃粘膜GSH-PX含量。(2)益胃方可提高其胃粘膜HEX含量,降低胃粘膜NO含量,改善脱氧胆酸钠-乙醇慢性胃炎模型的病理组织学改变。结论益胃方对胃粘膜有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Yiweifang( YWF) decoction on gastric mucosa. Method( 1) By means of HCL- ethanol gavage in rats,the index of gastric mucosa injury was evaluated. Meantime the content of malondialdydehyde( MDA) and Glutathione peroxidase( GSH- PX) in gastric mucosa were measured.( 2) The chronic gastric gastritis models were induced by deoxycholate and ethanol. The cotent of hexosamine( HEX) and nitric oxide( NO) in gastric mucosa were measured. Also the hisopathological changes were oberserved. Results( 1) YWF decoction could inhibit the gastric mucosa injury induced by HCL- enthanol,decrease the content of MDA in gastric mucosa and promote the content of GSH- PX in gastric mucosa.( 2) YWF could improve the hisopathological state of chronic gastric gastritis models. The lever of HEX was increased,and the lever of NO was rudused in gastric mucosa. Conclusion YWF decoction possesses the protective effect on gastric mucosa.更多还原
