珍龙醒脑胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 目的研究珍龙醒脑胶囊对电刺激颈总动脉大鼠血管阻塞及大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能、血小板聚集、脑指数、脑梗死范围的影响。方法 50只Wistar大鼠随机分5组,空白组、珍龙醒脑胶囊(ZLXN)低、中、高剂量组和脑心通胶囊组(NXT组)。采用电刺激颈总动脉血栓形成造模,测试珍龙醒脑胶囊对血管阻塞时间的影响;48只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,假手术组、模型组、ZLXN低、中、高剂量组和NXT组,线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,观察珍龙醒脑胶囊对大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能、血小板聚集、脑指数、脑梗死范围的影响。结果珍龙醒脑胶囊能延长大鼠电刺激颈总动脉血管阻塞时间、降低脑缺血再灌注神经功能评分、降低血小板聚集率、降低脑指数、使脑梗死体积变小。结论珍龙醒脑胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有较好的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Zhenlongxingnao capsule on electrical stimulation of common carotid artery of rat vascular occlusion and cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats neural function,platelet aggregation,cerebral index,cerebral infarction range. Methods50 Wistar rats were randomly assigned to five groups,blank group,ZLXN low dose group,ZLXN medium dose group,ZLXN high dose group and Naoxintong capsule group,with the electrical stimulation of common carotid artery thrombosis model,test ZLXN blocking the formation of influence on blood plug; 48 Wistar rats were randomly assigned to six groups,Sham operation group,model group,ZLXN low dose group,ZLXN medium dose group,ZLXN high dose group and Naoxintong capsule group,the rat cerebral ischemia reperfusion model with suture method,to observe the effect of Zhenlongxingnao capsule on cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats neural function,platelet aggregation,cerebral index,cerebral infarction range. Result ZLXN on neural function in rats with electrical stimulation of common carotid artery,reduces blocking time prolonged cerebral ischemia reperfusion,decreases platelet aggregation rate,cerebral index and cerebral infarction volume reduction. Conclusion Zhenlongxingnao capsule has a good protective effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
