【摘要】 采用情景实验法对234名大学生进行了调查,考察了状态共情和情境安全程度对助人行为的影响,同时探讨了人际信任的调节作用。研究结果发现:(1)状态共情与情境安全程度对助人行为均有正向预测作用。(2)人际信任负向调节情境安全程度对助人意愿的影响,正向调节状态共情对助人时间的影响。即在低人际信任组,情境安全程度与助人行为的相关更高;在高人际信任组,状态共情与助人行为的相关更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aims of the study,(1)examines the links between empathy,situation safety to helping behavior,and(2)explores the moderating role of interpersonal trust on the relationship between empathy,situation safety and help behavior,based on the interpersonal trust moderation model(Dirk,&Ferrin,2001).The study used vignette experiment,and 234 undergraduates completed questionnaire.The results indicate the participants in helping situation have both prosocial motivation and proself motivation.Empathy and situation safety both have significant influence on helping behavior.The interpersonal trust does not have a direct effect on helping behavior,but it moderates the relationship between empathy(i.e.,situation safety)and helping behavior.When empathy is high,the probability of helping time increases,and this relationship is mediated by interpersonal trust positively.Compared with the group of low interpersonal trust,empathy have stronger link with helping time in the group of high interpersonal trust.When situation safety is high,the helping willingness increases,and this relationship is mediated by interpersonal trust negatively.Compared with the group of low interpersonal trust,situation safety have weaker link with helping willingness in the group of high interpersonal trust.The conclusion includes,in the group of lower interpersonal trust,situation safety has more important link with helping behavior;in the group of higher interpersonal trust,empathy has more important link with helping behavior.更多还原
