【摘要】 提出了一种基于几何直方图的特征描述方法,本方法把特征区域的周长引入基于空间直方图的特征描述框架,以使特征描述更丰富更准确.空间直方图包含若干个基于每个同质区域中像素坐标的矩,此外,提出的几何直方图还包含关于该同质区域周长的信息.实验结果表明:与空间直方图相比,提出的方法能够更好地改善特征描述效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept of a geogram that captured more rich features to represent the objects was introduced.The spatiograms contained some moments upon the coordinates of the pixels corresponding to each histogram bin while the geograms contained information about the perimeter of grouped regions in addition to features in spatiogram.Experimental results demonstrate that the geogram shows promising discriminative capability in comparison with other ones.更多还原
