用于直流输电系统保护的di/dt传感器研究

【摘要】 以直流输电系统的短路保护为研究对象,根据电流变化率保护的要求,基于罗氏线圈原理,设计了电流变化率传感器.给出了电流变化率传感器分布参数模型及集总参数等效模型,讨论了该传感器幅频特性及时域特性.通过理论分析、计算仿真及试验验证了该传感器的可实施性,仿真和试验结果表明:在保证灵敏度大于0.15V/(A·μs-1)的同时,该传感器输出的上升时间可控制在5μs以内,并且能够正确反映故障电流的变化.

【Abstract】 With protection of direct current transmission system′s short circuit as the research object,current rate sensor was designed according to the requirement of the current changing rate protection based on the principle of Rogowski.The distributed parameter model and lumped parameter model of the current changing rate sensor were analyzed,and the amplitude frequency characteristics and the time domain features of the sensor were discussed.The sensor was available through theoretical analysis,the computing simulation and test.Experiment results indicate that the rise time of the sensor output can be controlled within 5μs,which can correctly reflect the change of the fault current,mean while the sensitivity of the sensor is greater than 0.15V/(A·μs-1).
