【摘要】 在当前信息时代的背景下,新型科技产业园空间结构模式正发生着剧烈的变革,新技术、新手段、新理念的提出,都极大地提升了产业园创作研究的深度和广度。该文以中节能海西(三明)节能环保产业园项目规划方案为例,通过对产业园空间结构规划设计的思考,提出"地域选址"、"功能复合"、"时序安排"和"建筑独特性"等手段,旨在提高产业园的综合效益和园区空间环境的品质并创造出功能与艺术、理性与浪漫结合的时代产业园新形象。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the information-oriented era,the spatial structure model of new science and technology industrial park has been making drastic change. New technology,new means and new concept are emerging to promote the breadth and depth of creative study of industrial park. Based on the consideration for the spatial structure planning of industrial park,taking energy-saving and environmental-protection industrial park planning project of CECEP(San Ming) for example,we try to improve the comprehensive benefi t of science and technology industrial park and the quality of the park and the space environment as well as create a new era image combined function and art,rationality and romance,by "selecting a appropriate site","planning complex features"," arranging reasonable working schedules" and "designing unique architecture".更多还原
