【摘要】 我国开发区已经成立整30年,大多数开发区已经或正在经历自身生命周期的转型期。开发区的城市规划从最初的偏向产业发展方向的单向性规划,逐步走向综合理性与多元理性相结合的具有产业特色的新城规划,进一步发展到以人为本、产城融合的新型城镇化规划之路。该文从北京经济技术开发区转型期发展特点出发,分析如何从城市文化中体现以人为本,实现"产—城—人"可持续发展,探讨这一时期开发区核心价值文化特征以及提升途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Most of the development zone in our country has been into the important period of transformation and upgrading of industry, after 30 years of development. Urban planning of our country’s development zone from partiality towards industry development direction of the initial planning, to the rational transition comprehensive and diverse combined with industry characteristics of new town planning, and attention to people’s needs and development in the city. The study is based on Beijing economic and technological development zone(BDA), from the sustainable development of the transition zone industry and the people first, this paper discusses the cultural characteristics of the core value of development zone and how to construct the special city culture of development zone.更多还原
