微波辐射下酸性功能化离子液体1-(3-磺酸基)丙基三乙胺硫酸盐在Biginelli反应中的催化研究
Study on Biginelli Reaction Catalyzed by Acidic Functionalized Ionic Liquid 1-( 3-Sulfonic Acid) Propyl Triethylamine Sulfate
【摘要】 探索了微波辐射下酸性功能化离子液体1-(3-磺酸基)丙基-3-甲基三乙胺硫酸盐在Biginelli反应中的催化性。通过正交实验的方法,考察了微波功率、反应时间、物料比、催化剂用量对产率的影响,合成了一系列3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮,产率为88.0%-96.1%。与传统方法相比,该合成法操作简单、反应时间短、产率高。
【Abstract】 The Acidic functionalized ionic liquid 1-( 3-sulfonic Acid) Propyl Triethylamine Sulfate was prepared and used to catalyze the Biginelli reaction by microwave method. The influences of other conditions including the microwave power,reaction time,amount of ionic liquid and material ratio on the yields were investigated by orthogonal test,and a series of 3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2-( 1H)-ones were synthesized. The yields were 88. 0%- 96. 1%. Comparing with conventional methods,this method has such advantages as simple procedure,short reaction time and high yield.
