【Abstract】 Industry structure and talent structure depend on each other and restrict each other. Reasonable talent structure will provide support for optimization and upgrade of the industry structure. Through the correlation analysis of the changes in both structures,the article made clear the current situation of the industry structure and talent structure in Tangshan,found out problems concerning coordination,and put forward suggestions on coordinated development of talent structure and industry structure in Tangshan.更多还原
