【Abstract】 The redevelopment of sports schools at county and municipal levels has been very obvious.On the premise of respecting and affirming the great achievements that have been made by sports training competition,this paper elaborates the issues of theory on school management,educational reform,construction of school culture,etc.,with the application of survival theory,through investigating and literature consulting,and from the perspective of man’s all-round development,which helps to rediscover the"man"in the education of sports schools at county and municipal levels,更多还原
