【Abstract】 More and more jobs have been involved in human-machine interaction.The effective measurement on the sustained attention(i.e.vigilance)of the applicants for the supervisory control posts is a new field in employee selection.Based on the decrement function,the present study analyzes the sustained attention of the applicants for supervisory control posts by means of the signal detection theory,and proposes that the vigilance level and vigilance decrement are the key indicators of the talent measurement for supervisory control operators.The present findings provide the operable processes and methods for the effective measurement on the sustained attention of supervisory control applicants.更多还原
