【摘要】 在实践伦理学关怀现实的立场上,文章以厦门公交纵火案媒体报道为典型个案,探讨媒体报道的伦理困境,并引入伦理抉择框架提供思考工具,最后提出媒体报道类似事件需从完善推理过程与推进伦理对话两方面优化伦理思考。完善推理过程包括以公众利益为报道动机,报道时承担微观责任并秉承最小伤害原则。推进伦理对话包括同行对话和与公众的互动对话。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper attempts to,based on the media reality,by taking the media report of Xiamen bus arson as an example,discuss the ethical dilemma in media report and introduce the ethical option frame. Then,the paper puts forward two ways to optimize the ethical thinking by perfecting the ethical reasoning process and improving the ethical dialogue. Perfecting the ethical reasoning process includes taking public interests as their report motivation,undertaking the social responsibility and minimizing the damage,and improving the ethical dialogue includes the peer dialogue and the public dialogue.更多还原
