【摘要】 目的探析拜新同联合应用小剂量倍他乐克治疗中青年高血压患者的疗效。方法选取98例中青年原发性高血压初治患者,男58例,女40例,年龄(47.1±1.8)岁,病程(4.3±2.8)年,随机数字法均分为观察组、对照组。结果两组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C的差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05。两组患者组间比较s E-selectin、s ICAM-1、VWF差异显著,(P分别为0.033、0.031、0.050)。结论拜新同联合使用小剂量倍他乐克能显著降低患者心率、SBP、DBP,且较单纯使用拜新同治疗有效率更高。s E-selectin、s ICAM-1、VWF均差异低于单纯使用拜新同,一定程度促进中青年高血压患者血管内皮损伤恢复预后,不良反应轻,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of Nifedipine 一 GLTS combined use of small dose betaloc to the young and middle- aged patients with high blood pressure.
