【摘要】 目的针对医源性月经过多,观察曼月乐的治疗效果。方法选取服用抗凝剂(心脏换瓣术后口服华法令病人)连续3个月每月经量超过80ml的患者151例,随机分为曼月乐治疗组及性激素治疗组,曼月乐组宫内放置曼月乐,性激素组应用传统的口服性激素的方法,具体为:口服妈富隆,每日1片,连服21d。统计两组月经量变化。结果曼月乐组78例,68例显效,10例有效,无无效患者,有效率100%。性激素组73例,30例显效,25例有效,18例无效需诊刮止血,有效率75.34%。曼月乐组明显优于性激素组(P<0.01)。结论曼月乐治疗服用抗凝剂致月经量过多疗效优于传统性激素治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectiveness of Mirena Intrauterine System in excessive menstrual by oral anticoagulant. Methods Chose 151 excessive menstrual in three months by oral anticoagulant,usually were taking warfarin after cardiac valve replacement patients,divided in two groups randomly,one is using Mirena Intrauterine System,another is using oral sex hormones as usual. The menstrual blood volume in three months were observed. Results There were significant differences between the two groups for the menstrual blood volume. Conclusion Mirena Intrauterine System is more effective than traditional method in the treatment of excessive menstrual by oral anticoagulant.更多还原
