【摘要】 目的对88例维持性血液透析患者中16例死亡患者的死因进行分析、探讨预防措施。方法检测血液透析患者临床指标、甲状腺旁腺激素,彩超测量颈动脉内膜-中层厚度,展开2年的跟踪随访。结果患者总死亡率18.18%,死亡组临床指标与CCA-IMT均显著高于存活组(P<0.05),KT/V、Alb与Ca显著低于存活组(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者hs-CRP、CCA-IMT、LDL与PTH等指标升高与KT/V下降是死亡危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the risk of mortality in hemodialysis patients factors. Methods Totally 88 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients,during dialysis on patients with clinical index,parathyroid hormone( PTH) were detected,the intima-media thickness of carotid artery by color Doppler ultrasound( CCA-IMT) measured the thickness,launched a follow-up of 2 years. Results Hemodialysis patients with a mortality rate of 18. 18%,in death group P,LDL,Hs-CRP,PTH and CCA-IMT were significantly higher than those the survival group( P < 0. 05),KT / V,Alb and Ca were significantly lower than those the survival group( P < 0. 05).
