【摘要】 目的比较动态心电图和常规心电图诊断无症状心肌缺血的差异,以寻求更好的无症状心肌缺血的检查方法。方法 180例符合入选标准的冠心病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,分组90例,对照组采用常规十二导联心电图检查,试验组采用24h动态心电图监测,比较两组患者无症状心肌缺血检出率,并同时分析试验组心肌缺血发作时间与全天各时段关系、心率变化情况。结果试验组检出无症状心肌缺血率(85.56%)明显高于对照组(48.89%),两组差异有显著统计学差异义(χ2=27.458,P=0.000)。试验组无症状心肌缺血发作的高峰时段为6:00~12:00,低发时段为22:00~次日6:00。心律失常发生率86.67%(78/90)。发作时心率增快居多(59.74%)。结论动态心电图对无症状心肌缺血检出率高,效果显著,在无症状心肌缺血诊断和及时治疗具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To distinguish the diagnostic capability of conventional ECG and dynamic ECG. Methods Totally 180 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into control group and observe group randomly. The 90 patients in control group are diagnosed and observed with conventional ECG,while the 90 patients in observe group diagnosed and observed with dynamic ECG( Hoher monitoring). When experimental group Was with the onset of the positive reaction,there were regular activities and certain rules in the onset time.
