【摘要】 目的观察海洋药物海麒舒肝治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染(HR-HPV)的临床疗效。方法选择宫颈高危型HPV感染者76例,分为观察组(海麒舒肝)39例和对照组(辛复宁)37例,采用杂交捕获二代(HCⅡ)检测HR-HPV病毒载量。用药3个月和6个月后,观察2组治疗前后宫颈糜烂的改善情况及HCⅡ值的变化情况。结果治疗3个月和6个月后患者的宫颈糜烂均有改善,2组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),使用海麒舒肝后患者均无不良反应;用药3个月后,2组降低HR-HPV病毒载量的总有效率和转阴率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);用药6个月后,观察组降低HR-HPV病毒载量总有效率(87.2%)高于对照组(62.2%)(P<0.05),观察组对于HR-HPV转阴率(53.8%)亦高于对照组(24.3%)(P<0.05)。结论初步证实海麒舒肝可以明显降低宫颈高危型HPV病毒载量,改善宫颈临床症状,对于治疗宫颈HPV感染的疗效确切,无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Haiqishugan for treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection of cervix.Methods 76 cases of patients with cervical HPV infection were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The patients in observation group were given Haiqishugan,while patients in control group were given Xinfunning.The HPV viral load was detected with Hybrid CaptureⅡ(HCⅡ).The clinical curative effect and drug adverse reactions of patients in both groups were observed and compared after 3 and 6 months medication.Results After treatment the cure rate of cervical erosion had been improved in both groups with no significant difference between them.No adverse reactions had been found in observation group.After 3 months medication the total effective rate of reducing HPV viral load and the HPV negative rate had no significant difference between the observation group and the control group.After 6 months medication the total effective rate of reducing HPV viral load(87.2%) in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(62.2%).The HPV negative rate(53.8%) in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(24.3%).Conclusion Through the research it had been verified that Haiqishugan could obviously reduce HPV viral load,better than Xinfuning,and Haiqishugan had reliable curative effect on cervical HPV infection without any adverse reaction.更多还原
