【摘要】 受到传统体育教育思想的影响和缺乏法律法规对教师惩戒权的明确规定,导致现实中经常发生一些不合法、不合道德和不合教育性的惩戒现象。体育教师要合理使用惩戒权:1)必须从建立监督机制和提高教师自身素养方面来消除和预防不合理惩戒行为的发生;2)必须明确实施惩戒权的基本要求;3)必须掌握使用惩戒权的方法。只要按照正确判断越轨行为—掌握学生特点—分析越轨行为发生情景—判断是否使用惩戒手段—选择惩戒方式—预测惩戒效果—实施惩戒行为的步骤进行,才能科学合理地使用惩戒权。更多还原

【Abstract】 On account of traditional P.E. ideas influence and lack of laws, regulations to definite ordinance on teachers authority of punishment, some irrational affairs might happen(illegal affairs, immoral affairs, etc).Rational use on P.E. teacher’s authority of punishment: 1) Establish supervision mechanism and raise oneself ’s quality so as to eliminate and prevent irrational affairs;2)Definitely implement the basic request in authority of punishment;3) properly grasp punitive methods.according to wise judgment on transgressions, familiarity wish students’ characteristics, analysis of transgressions, decision whether take a punitive measure ’s or not,choice of punitive way. Calculations on punishment effects and punishment procedure, then a punishment can be used well.更多还原
