我国海洋声学探测技术竞争力分析

【摘要】 海洋声学探测技术用于海洋物理及海洋特定目标特性探测,是人类认识海洋、开发和利用海洋丰富资源必不可少的海洋高技术。文中全面介绍了海洋声学探测技术的技术结构以及致力于此技术研究的国内外主要研究机构,着重对比分析了国内外海洋声学探测技术的发展现状与趋势,并总结出我国该领域现存在的问题。结果表明我国海洋声学探测技术水平与国外相差10 a左右,未来需靠长期稳定支持、按需开展研究、加大基础工业投资以及提高材料与工艺水平等措施推进我国海洋声学技术的良性发展。

【Abstract】 Ocean acoustic detection technologies are applied in the measurement of marine physical parameters and specific marine target characteristics. They serve as essential ocean high technologies for mankind to understand the ocean and to exploit and utilize rich marine resources. This paper provides an overview of the structure of ocean acoustic detection technologies, as well as the major institutes and companies engaged in the research of these technologies at home and overseas. It focuses on the comparative analysis of the development status and trends of these technologies in China and overseas, and summarizes some problems of domestic technologies. The results show that a decade of development gap exists between the ocean acoustic technologies in China and in world leading countries. Thus some measures, such as long-term stable support, on-demand research, investment increase in fundamental industries, and improvement of the manufacturing levels of materials and processes, must be taken to promote the fast and healthy development of China’s ocean acoustic technologies.
