南大西洋表层沉积物中多环芳烃的来源及风险评估

【摘要】 利用气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)技术,对2011年采自南大西洋18个站位的表层沉积物中的16种多环芳烃(16PAHs)进行了检测分析,结果显示:南大西洋研究区域表层沉积物中16PAHs的含量范围为89.48×10-9~508.69×10-9,均值为234.41×10-9,该区域表层沉积物中PAHs的污染水平与国际类似水体对比处于低等程度。经特征PAHs组分分析,判定该区域表层沉积物中PAHs主要来源于石油及其产品。由于苊、芴、蒽等化合物含量超过了风险评价低值,可能存在对生物潜在的不利影响。

【Abstract】 By the means of GC-MS techniques,the sediment samples which were collected respectively from the surface sediment at the 18 survey stations in the South Atlantic in 2011 were detected and analyzed. The result showed,total concentrations of sixteen PAHs in sediment of the South Atlantic research area ranged from 89. 48 × 10- 9to 508. 69× 10- 9. The average concentration is 234. 41 × 10- 9. Compared to international similar waters,the pollution levels of16 PAHs in the South Atlanticwasin a lower level. According to the analysis of the characteristic of PAHs,we concluded that the PAHs in the South Atlanticwere mainly from petroleum and its products. The content of Ace,Flu and Ant went beyond the minimum risk evaluation,which may exist a potential adverse effect to biology.
