XRD-ICP-AES联合测定防鸟鞭中的二氧化钛

【摘要】 通过粉末X-射线衍射分析(XRD)鉴定二氧化钛材料的晶型结构,同时对防鸟鞭样品采用微波消解的方式进行处理,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)来测定二氧化钛的含量。方法确定钛的检测波长为336.121nm,钛的质量浓度在0.125mg·L-1范围内,标准液质量浓度与发射强度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=18180x+638.65(R2=1.000),钛的检出限为0.003mg·L-1,精密度(RSD,n=8)为0.365%。该方法简单快捷,数据准确可靠,适合于防鸟鞭中二氧化钛的分析。

【Abstract】 Through the X-ray diffraction analysis( XRD) identify the crystal structure characterization of titanium dioxide material. The method for the determination of titanium dioxide by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES)with microwave digestion. Method to determine the titanium detection wavelength was 336. 121 nm. A good linear relationship was exhibited with the mass concentration of Ti at the range of 0. 1-25mg·L-1,linear equation y = 18180x+638. 65( R2= 1. 000),the detection limit of titanium was 0. 003mg·L-1,the relative standard deviation( RSD,n= 8) was 0. 365%. The method is simple and fast,high accuracy,suitable to analysis of the content of titanium dioxide in anti bird whip.
