【Abstract】 The novel 4-( 4-substituted anilino)-2-( 3’-( 4-methylpiperazin-1-yl) propanamido-) phenylquinazoline derivatives were synthesized from 4-chloro-2-( 2-nitrophenyl) quinazoline and 4-methoxyaniline by substitution,demethylation,substitution,reduction,acylation,and amination,with the total yield of 9. 4%( based on4-chloro-2-( 2-nitrophenyl) quinazoline).
