有机碱催化酰氯化反应制备对苯二甲酰氯

【摘要】 研究了有机碱催化剂对氯化亚砜与对苯二甲酸发生酰氯化反应制备标题化合物的催化效果,以1-甲基吡咯为催化剂不能催化该反应,但是以1-甲基吡咯烷为催化剂时产物收率可达90%;以1-甲基哌啶和1-乙基哌啶为催化剂时,产物收率都可达到90%;当以吡啶为催化剂时,产物收率为85%;采用取代吡啶为催化剂时,反应结果差别非常大,如以2,6-二氯吡啶为催化剂没有得到产物,而分别以3-甲基吡啶和3-氰基吡啶为催化剂时,产物收率都可达到92%。这些现象都表明,只有合适的含氮有机碱才能催化该反应取得较好的结果。

【Abstract】 The catalytic effect of organic base catalysts for synthesizing terephthaloyl chloride( TPC) via the acyl chlorination reaction of terephthalic acid with SOCl2 was investigated. 1-methylpyrrole cannot catalyze the reaction. However,1-methylpyrrolidone can catalyze the reaction with about 90% yields of TPC. Using 1-methyl piperidine and 1-ethyl piperidine as catalyst,the yield of TPC can reach 90%. When using pyridine as catalyst,the yield of TPC was 85%. But when using the substituted pyridine as catalyst,the difference of reaction results is very large. The 2,6-two chlorine pyridine cannot catalyze the reaction. Using 3-methyl pyridine and 3-cyano pyridine as catalyst,the yield of TPC can reach 92%. These phenomena indicates that only appropriate nitrogenous organic base can catalyze the reaction to achieve to good results.
