不对称加氢制备S-(-)-1-苯基-1-丙醇反应液的气相色谱分析

【摘要】 采用气相色谱法测定苯丙酮不对称催化加氢制备标题化合物反应液中相关组分的含量。选择手性色谱柱、氢火焰离子化检测器及苯酚作内标物,在此条件下各物质能很好地分离。该方法的检出限为2.91~6.88 mg/L,相对标准偏差为3.61%~4.99%,加标回收率为97.3%~101.5%,其精密度和准确度均能满足常规分析要求。

【Abstract】 A gas chromatographic method for the determination of S-(-)-1-phenyl-1-propanol liquid synthesized from propiophenone by asymmetric hydrogenation was described. Chirasil capillary column,FID and phenol as internal standard were chosen as chromatographic conditions,in which all components could be separated and determined. The detection limit was less than 6. 88 mg / L,the RSD was in the range of 3. 61% ~ 4. 99% and the recovery was in the range of 97. 3% ~ 101. 5%.
