【Abstract】 Since parallel bithiophene compounds were first discovered in 1886,these compounds have received serious attention and broad concerns. As an important intermediate in organic synthesis,its application is prominent in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry,material chemistry and biomedicine. This work summarized the progress in synthetic method of isomers and application to provide a valuable reference for the future synthetic studies on those compounds and intermediate derivatives.更多还原
