响应面法优化4-羟基苯并唑-2-硫酮的合成

【摘要】 采用单因素法和响应面法相结合,对合成标题化合物的工艺条件进行优化。在单因素的实验基础上,再采用响应面法对原料配比、反应时间和反应后处理p H这3个关键因素进行优化分析,得到了标题化合物收率的计算模型,并得到优化条件:原料物质的量配比为n(2-氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐)∶n(乙基黄原酸钾)=1∶1.42,反应时间为4 h,反应后处理调节至p H 5,此条件下合成产率为65.28%。该合成工艺条件产率较高且稳定,可作为合成标题化合物的实验依据。

【Abstract】 The optimized synthesis conditions of 4-hydeoxy-benzo[d]oxazole-2( 3H)-thione with single factor optimization and response surface methodology( RSM). Based on the single factor experiments,using RSM to analysis the key factors: substrate ratio,reaction time and pH of after reaction to build mathematic yield model of 4-hydeoxy-benzo[d]oxazole-2( 3H)-thione and optimized conditions: substrates mole ratio of n( 2-amimoresorcinol hydrochloride) ∶ n( potassium ethyl xanthate) = 1 ∶ 1. 42,reaction time 4 h and acidified to pH 5 after reaction. In the conditions,4-hydeoxy-benzo[d]oxazole-2( 3H)-thione obtained high yield,up to 65. 28% and the conditions are stable. So this paper provides an experimental technology to synthesis 4-hydeoxy-benzo[d]oxazole-2( 3H)-thione.
