α-羰基金卡宾与乙酸乙酯反应的研究
α-Oxo Gold Carbene Reacted with Ethyl Acetate
【摘要】 研究了分子间氧化途径形成的α-羰基金卡宾与乙酸乙酯的分子间C—O键插入反应。考察了金催化剂(配体及共轭阴离子)、氧化剂、反应温度等因素对反应的影响,对含有不同取代基的芳炔及多种官能团末端炔烃底物与乙酸乙酯的反应进行了探索,以中等产率(60%~79%)获得相应的α-乙酰氧基酮。
【Abstract】 A general solution for the synthesis of α-acetoxy ketones through gold-catalyzed intermolecular oxidation of alkynes with ethyl acetate was developed. The impact of catalyst,oxidant and temperature respectively were investigated by establishing a model reaction using phenylacetylene as the substrate to obtain the optimum reaction conditions. The reaction proved to be suitable to aliphatic alkynes and a wide variety of functional groups are tolerated in this reaction.
