铁催化酰氯化反应制备对苯二甲酰氯

【摘要】 研究了金属催化剂对氯化亚砜与对苯二甲酸发生酰氯化反应制备标题化合物的催化效果,发现铝和锌不能催化该反应,铁、硫酸铁、氯化铁对该反应具有一定催化效果,其收率可达80%左右;乙酰丙酮铁配合物与金属铁的催化效果基本相当;以柠檬酸铁配合物为催化剂,产物收率可达89%。产物通过气相色谱-质谱联用进行定性分析,并通过核磁共振波谱进行确认。气相色谱分析结果表明产物纯度高于99%。

【Abstract】 The catalytic effect of metallic catalysts for synthesizing terephthaloyl chloride( TPC) via the acyl chlorination reaction of terephthalic acid with SOCl2 was investigated. Al and Zn cannot catalyze the reaction. However,Fe,Fe2( SO4)3and Fe Cl3 can catalyze the reaction with about 80% yields of TPC. Iron( Ⅲ) acetylacetonate complex has the equal catalytic effect to that of Fe.However,ferric citrate complex can catalyze the reaction with 89% yield of TPC. The product was qualitative analyzed by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry,and confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The purity of product was higher than 99%.
