【摘要】 以β-环糊精为原料,在Na OH溶液中制备单-(6-O-对甲基苯磺酰基)-β-环糊精,进一步合成标题化合物,并通过单因素试验研究了合成工艺条件。采用红外光谱和质谱分析对产物进行了结构表征,采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测对产物进行了纯度分析。标题化合物作为重要的合成中间体,其合成研究对基于6位单取代的衍生物具有较好的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mono-( 6-O-p-tolylsulfonyl)-β-cyclodextrinwas derivated from β-cyclodextrin in sodium hydroxide water solution. Then the target compound of mono-( 6-ethylenediamine-6-deoxy)-β-cyclodextrin was synthesized. And the synthesis conditions were studied by single factor tests. The target product was confirmed by IR and MS. The purity was also analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector. Mono-( 6-ethylenediamine-6-deoxy)-β-cyclodextrin was an important synthetic intermediate. This work would be a good reference to mono-substituted β-cyclodextrin derivatives.更多还原
