中水回用装置反渗透膜污染分析及化学清洗
Analysis and chemical cleaning on reverse osmosis membrane pollution in grey water reuse device
【摘要】 针对河南某热电厂中水回用反渗透(RO)装置出现的产水量下降、进水压力升高、脱盐率降低等现象,对RO膜污染物成分及污染原因进行分析。结合膜污染物成分特点,采用"酸洗+碱洗+酸洗"清洗工艺对该电厂1号、2号RO系统进行了化学清洗。清洗后,RO系统运行状况良好,达到了预期清洗效果。
【Abstract】 In view of the phenomenon about a thermal power plant of Henan Province,there are some issues such as the water rate drops of the grey water reuse in the reverse osmosis( RO) device,the water pressure raises,and the rate of desalination decreases. Through analyzing the composition of RO membrane pollutants and pollution reasons,and then combining with the characteristics of membrane pollution composition. Decided to use the pickling and alkaline cleaning process( pickling + alkaline cleaning,pickling process),proceeding chemical cleaning to the power plant No. 1 and No. 2 RO system. RO system will keep running in good condition after cleaning,which achieves the desired cleaning effect.
