机械蒸汽再压缩在水平管喷淋降膜蒸发装置的应用
Application of mechanical vapour recompression in horizontal spraying-film evaporation plant
【摘要】 在水平管喷淋降膜蒸发装置上,采用有利于实现蒸发液在蒸发器内空间蒸发的结构和调控条件,并配以机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)系统,实现了低品位废热回收利用。针对Na2SO4废水蒸发进行了研究,设计建设了MVR蒸发装置。通过试验对废热蒸汽机械压缩蒸发过程的传热系数进行了分析,并对蒸汽参数变化对装置运行的影响进行了分析计算。试验证明:该装置具有较高的蒸发强度和较高的传热系数,且不易结垢,效能热功比达到20.4。
【Abstract】 In horizontal spraying-film evaporation plant,the low grade waste heat is recycle and reused by adopting the structure and control condition which is in beneficial to attain space evaporation of liquor in the evaporator,and combined with mechanical vapor recompression( MVR). The evaporation and condensation of waste liquor of Na2SO4 is studied,and the MVR evaporation plant is designed. The heat transfer coefficient of evaporation process is analyzed by experiment and the effects of the change of evaporation parameters on the operation of the plant are discussed. The results show that the plant has advantages of high evaporation intensity and heat transfer coefficient,and is difficult to scaling. The ratio of efficiency to thermal power can reach 20. 4.
