气质联用法测定豆角中多农药残留及方法应用研究

【摘要】 采用气质联用仪建立了长豆角中27种农药残留的快速检测方法。用乙酸乙酯萃取样品,萃取液浓缩后用二氯甲烷定容,进行GC–MS分析。结果表明,27种农药测定结果的相对标准偏差为5.38%~22.35%(n=6),检出限在0.003 85~0.035 29 mg/kg之间,加标回收率为71.50%~119.30%。用所建方法研究了14种农药在长豆角上喷施后的残留情况。该方法样品处理简单快速,溶剂用量少,可用于长豆角中多种农药残留分析。

【Abstract】 A method for rapid determination of 27 pesticides residues by GC–MS was established. Samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and then determined by GC–MS in dichloromethane. The relative standard deviations of 27 pesticides residues detection results were 5.38%~22.35%(n=6), the detection limits ranged from 0.003 85 to 0.035 29 mg/kg, and the recoveries were 71.50%–119.30%. The degradation of 14 pesticides was studied by the method. The method is simple and fast,uses less solvent,so it can be used for determination of multi-residues in beanstalk.
