【Abstract】 There are lots of development practice experience on the investment and financing of urban infrastructure both at home and abroad. The current development environment requires us to cast financing mode innovation of urban infrastructure construction so as to promote the construction of urbanization comprehensively. Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign urban infrastructure investment and financing experiences, especially on the financing of development mode of China several typical region of different combination of urbanization in our country, the development of investment and financing on urban infrastructure construction was analyzed in this paper.
