TC4钛合金阳极氧化及其PTFE复合涂膜耐摩擦磨损性能研究
Anodization of TC4 alloy and friction and wear property with PTFE composite coating
【摘要】 研究了TC4钛合金阳极氧化及与PTFE制备的复合涂膜的耐摩擦磨损性能,结果表明,采用恒电位阳极氧化法,在H2 SO4电解液体系中影响TC4钛合金氧化多孔膜孔径尺寸、均匀性及膜厚的主要因素是H2 SO4浓度、氧化电压和温度;时间对膜孔影响较小,氧化到一定时间后膜厚不再增大;当H2 SO4浓度为0.5~0.8 mol/L、电压120~130 V、温度-5~5℃条件下,氧化120 min,膜厚约为12μm,孔径约150~400 nm,膜孔分布均匀;试验结果表明,钛合金阳极氧化-PTFE复合涂层摩擦系数约为0.22,而TC4钛合金基体摩擦系数约为0.44,比钛合金基体降低了约50%,磨损量比TC4钛合金基体降低约70%,显著提高了自润滑减摩、耐磨性能.
【Abstract】 The friction and wear properties of TC4 titanium alloy anodizing and its PTFE composite coating were investigated in detail. The results showed that the main factors,affecting pore size,uniformity and thickness of porous film of TC4 titanium alloy,were H2SO4 concentration,oxidation voltage and temperature in H2SO4 electrolyte system by using anodic oxidation method with constant potentials. Thickness does not increase after a certain time,suggesting that time has little effects on pore of the film. After oxidized for 120 min,when H2SO4 concentration was 0. 5 ~0. 8 mol/L,voltage was 120 ~ 130 V,and temperature was- 5 ~ 5 ℃,thickness and pore size were 12 μm and 150~ 400 nm respectively. Additionally,pore of the film was in homogeneous distribution. The friction coefficient of titanium alloy anodization- PTFE composite coating was about 0. 22 being and lower for 50% than titanium alloy substrate 0. 44. The abrasion loss of titanium alloy anodization- PTFE composite coating was lower for 70% than titanium alloy substrate. These results demonstrate that properties of the self- lubricating antifriction and wear resistance are significantly improved.
