【摘要】 社会转型期,社会矛盾和社会冲突不断显现,化解难度不断加大。党的十八届四中全会要求"健全社会矛盾纠纷预防化解机制"。基层是产生利益冲突和社会矛盾的源头、是维系社会稳定的第一道防线,因此,及时了解基层社会矛盾、规避社会风险、实现社会和谐成了基层社会面临的一个重要课题。课题组以调查泉州基层社会矛盾为样本,通过对基层社会面临的人民内部矛盾的研究,进一步探求预防和化解基层社会矛盾的现代化治理之道,即:变革社会管理理念,达成共识,筑就预防化解基层社会矛盾的治理基础;构建预防和化解各种基层社会矛盾的多元化社会治理主体;创建基层社会矛盾的有效预防化解机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the period of social transformation,social contradictions and social conflicts will continue to appear,whose resolution is increasingly difficult.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC National Congress proposes"to improve the prevention and resolution mechanism of social disputes".The grassroots is the source of interest conflicts and social contradictions and the first defense line to maintain social stability.The research team,with the investigation to Quanzhou grassroots social contradictions as a sample,by studying the specific manifestations of grass-roots social contradictions,explores the modernized management measures to prevent and resolve grass-roots social contradictions:to convert social management concepts and achieving consensus,to build a diversified society governance body,and to create a valid prevention resolution mechanism.更多还原
