不同处理对毛红椿种子发芽的影响

【摘要】 为有效保护和推广利用珍稀植物毛红椿,采用室内培养法较为系统地研究了培养基质、激素浓度、酸胁迫和果壳浸提物对毛红椿种子发芽特性的影响。研究结果表明在有光的条件下,滤纸最适于作为毛红椿的发芽基质,其次是河沙;黑暗条件下则以河沙适于作为培养基质。不同浓度的GA3可以促进毛红椿的种子发芽,以1000mg·L-1浓度的促进作用明显。氮、硫摩尔比不同,酸液对毛红椿种子发芽有影响,但差异不显著,而不同酸度(p H不同)则对种子发芽影响显著,表现为强酸抑制发芽、弱酸促进发芽的规律。在研究范围内,毛红椿果壳浸提液对种子发芽没有抑制作用,在低浓度时(低于1:10)可以促进种子的发芽。

【Abstract】 The method of culture in laboratory is used to study the influences of culture substrate,hormone concentration, acid stress and extract from its shell on Toona ciliate var. pubescens seeds germination. The results show that filter paper is the most suitable substrate at light condition, followed by river sand; however, river sand is the most suitable substrate at dark condition. GA3 solution at different concentrations can promote seed germination, which is most significant at the concentration of 1000 mg.L-1. Acid solution at different ratios of N to S(in mol) has no significantly different influences on seed germination while acid solution at different p Hs does, with weak acid inhabiting the germination and strong acid promoting it. In the range of the study, water extract from the shells doesn’t inhabit seed germination, but promotes it at low concentrations(<1:10).
