北美车前对4种植物的化感作用

【摘要】 采用室内生物测定的方法,以小白菜(Brassica chinensis)、萝卜(Raphanus sativus)、美丽胡枝子(Lespedeza formosa)、欧洲油菜(Brassica napus)为受体,研究了不同浓度的北美车前(Plantago virginica)叶片水浸提液对4种植物种子萌发的影响。结果表明不同浓度的北美车前叶片水提液对不同的受体植物种子萌发有不同影响,与对照相比,4种植物的种子发芽率在0.5g/ml时抑制最明显,但不同植物的抑制程度不同,不同植物间及不同浓度间均存在显著性差异;不同浓度的北美车前水提液对4种植物幼苗根的伸长影响不同,与对照相比,4种植物幼苗的根长在0.5g/ml时最短,抑制作用表现明显,不同浓度的北美车前水提液对不同植物幼苗根的生长影响达到显著性水平;不同浓度的北美车前水提液对4种植物幼苗苗高的生长影响不同,与对照相比,4种植物幼苗的苗高在0.5g/ml时表现不同,小白菜幼苗苗高增加了46.5%,表现出促进生长的趋势,但其它3种植物幼苗的苗高生长表现出抑制作用,不同浓度的北美车前水提液对不同植物幼苗苗高生长影响达到显著性水平。这说明北美车前的化感作用不仅存在浓度差异,对不同植物、不同性状的影响也不相同,今后应研究水提液的主要成分及含量,确定其中发挥作用的物质,以便制定针对性的管理措施。

【Abstract】 The germination of Brassica chinensis, Raphanus sativus, Lespedeza formosa, Brassica napus seeds is studied at different concentrations of water extraction from the leaves of Plantago virginica L. by laboratory biometric method. The results show that different concentrations of water extraction have different effects on seed germination of different species. The germination rates of the four species are obviously inhibited at 0.5g/ml, but the degree of inhibition is different for different species. Different concentrations of water extraction have different effects on the seedling root length of different species. Their root growth is inhibited obviously at 5g/l and is also different for different species. Different concentrations of water extraction have different effects on the seedling height of different species. The seedling height of B. Rapa L.Chinensis is promoted by 46.5% at 5g/l; however, that of the other three species is inhibited. It indicates that the allelopathy of Plantago virginica L varies with different concentrations, different species and their different properties. We need to study the chemical constituents and concentrations of water extractions to determinate active constituents and formulate specific management measures.
