应用型本科院校“双能型”师资队伍建设的探索与思考——以黄山学院为例
The Exploration and Thinking on the Construction of Dual-talented Teaching Staff in Application-oriented Universities——A Case Study of Huangshan University
【摘要】 在分析应用型本科院校"双能型"师资队伍建设现状与存在问题的基础上,以黄山学院为例,探索"双能型"师资队伍建设途径,并对未来"双能型"师资建设提出思考与建议。
【Abstract】 Taking Huangshan University for example, this paper probes into the way of dual-talented teaching staff construction by analyzing the present situation and problems of dual-talented teachers in application-oriented universities, and gives advice on constructing dual-talented teaching staff in the future.
