【摘要】 建设美丽乡村是按照国家"五位一体"总体建设布局、特别突出生态文明建设的要求,推进城乡一体化、建设新型农村的一项重大举措.通过对饶阳大曹庄村的个案剖析,认为必须发挥村班子的引领带动作用,破解建设资金瓶颈,以大力发展休闲观光农业和创意农业为突破口,着力加强农村环境整治和改善人居环境,充分挖掘村庄文化底蕴和提升乡村文明,进一步提高农民增收水平,更好地促进美丽乡村建设顺利进行.更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of beautiful countryside is a significant action. It is according to the country’s "five-in-one" overall construction layout, highlights the requirements for the construction of ecological civilization, promotes the integration of urban and rural areas and helps to build new type of countryside. Through the case analysis of Da Cao Zhuang village, Raoyang County, it indicates that the village committee must play the leading role, crack the bottleneck of construction fund, take developing leisure sightseeing agriculture and creative agriculture as the breakthrough point, focus on strengthening the rural environment regulation and improving the living environment, fully explore the village cultural heritage and promote the rural civilization, further improve the level of farmers’ income, so as to make the construction of beautiful countryside proceed smoothly.更多还原
